If I were LTA, I would have propose this MRT that links the northern part of Singapore to the north east part of Singapore in Pasir Ris. By line-of-sight, the distance from Yishun to Seletar Avaition Hub (5km), Punggol (8km), Pasir Ris (15km), Loyang/Changi North (17km)
The existing aerospace activities in Loyang and Changi North can then be link to the Seletar Aviation Hub.
