So many disciples have been telling me about Crystal. I am so eager to meet her. She was baptized in Singapore.
After the midweek lesson, I finally met Crystal (previously known as Chen Qing in Singapore). So good to see someone from Singapore, well sort of. She's from Chengdu, but about 10 years ago, she went to Singapore, met the disciples and got baptized in Singapore. Crystal is still in contact with some of the Singaporean disciples for e.g., Karen and Gin Kai. She know Joseph Tan too. I kept a picture in my notebook. It was taken at Lombok with Raymond, Joseph Tan and Geoffrey. Crystal was slightly surprise to see the non-skinny version of Jt. he used to be really slim....
Crystal and I had a good chat about Singapore. She still remembers Alvin Fan, the brother who lead the Chinese ministry in Singapore. She had fond memories of Singapore and the church, referring to Singapore church as her mother church. Now, she and her husband, Jos are doing great in the Chengdu Church. During the midweek, Jos delivery a lesson on Exodus, during the time when God commands His people to built the Ark.
