I am such a forgetful person. And now I have to memorise checklists. Please help me, anyone. Maybe there are food or supplements that I can take. I still believe in hard work and I will diligently memorise them.

Hi Jerry, You can do it! I learnt from Stanley during Guard the Gospel - 1st step : memorise 5 1st items, then another 5, and then repeating from the 1st to 10 items..etc. As Fang Jing - using his own funny method to represent a funny words or items, eg. D for Dimm or Darerer, G for gold, M for monkey. etc. For supplements, you must take Salmon Omega 3 not 4 or 5 ah and B Complex. All the best! from krkr.krkr..
